By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Returns & Refunds policy.
Orders and prices
All prices are in Indian rupees. A product is reserved for you only once your payment succeeds and we confirm the order. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or UPI details.
Product information
We try to describe and photograph every piece accurately. Colour, finish and form can vary slightly between pieces and screens. Sizes are in centimetres and approximate. Photographs may show styling props that are not included.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. There is no warranty on our products.
Intellectual property
All text, images and designs on this website belong to La'part or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, La'part is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
