Shipping policy
The short version
- We deliver across India, subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code. We do not ship internationally.
- Shipping: ₹500 on orders below ₹5,000. Free shipping on orders of ₹5,000 and above.
- Orders are dispatched 5–7 days after order confirmation. Dispatch is not delivery.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
1. Where we ship
We currently deliver within India only.
We do not offer international shipping.

An order worth exactly ₹5,000 qualifies for free shipping.
3. Dispatch
Orders are dispatched 5–7 days after order confirmation.
Dispatch means your order leaves our facility. Delivery means your order reaches you. The 5–7 days is our dispatch time only. It is not a delivery timeline, and we do not guarantee a delivery date.
4. Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on your destination and the courier’s service.
Any delivery timeline we share with you is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays or other logistical circumstances.
5. Address and delivery information
Please provide an accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact details when you order.
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, incomplete information or refusal of delivery, any applicable additional shipping charges will be communicated to you and handled consistently with our existing policies and applicable law.
6. Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, broken, defective, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
