Amberstone Stacked Candlestand: an amber glass candlestand for the home.

The Amberstone Stacked Candlestand is a glass candlestand in amber, built from stacked, twisting tiers that look like smooth stones balanced one above the other. A black glass cup sits on top to hold the candle, and a wide, rounded foot keeps the stack steady.

The amber is a warm, clear honey colour, and the black cup gives the top a sharp, graphic finish. It comes in two sizes, Large at 33 x 10.2 cm and Small at 25.4 x 10.2 cm, which look good side by side at different heights. The stacked tiers have an uneven, pebble-like softness, and the wide foot spreads the weight so the whole piece looks settled on the table.

Place it on a console in the living room, or on a dining table with a taper candle in the cup. A pair in both sizes makes a simple arrangement down the middle of a table. The warm glass and sculptural form suit candlelight in the evening. It also makes a plain gift. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
